I was surprised at how thorough everything was. I really wish I had all the resources when I first became pregnant. The checklists would have been so nice when I felt so lost in the beginning. Do I need to use a special program to access the materials?
No. Our course is hosted as a private podcast, and you can access everything there directly through your podcast app of choice. Files can be downloaded to your computer and printed. You will also receive scheduled emails based on your due date or your baby's birth date.
Is everything available immediately?

When I first had my baby, my biggest challenge was adjusting to my new "sleep schedule" - I felt exhausted and sleep deprived!
